HORIZON HOUSE

At Horizon House, the architecture follows the horizon itself, turning endless sky, shifting light, and open terrain into part of everyday life. While the landscape offered uninterrupted views in every direction, it also created a unique challenge. The home needed to feel open without feeling exposed. With little natural cover and a climate shaped by wind and seasonal extremes, the design had to balance transparency with comfort and privacy.

Long horizontal forms and sheltered outdoor spaces anchor the home into the site while softening the scale of the surrounding landscape. Inside, rooms flow naturally from one to another, allowing light and views to shape the experience throughout the day. The result is a home that feels calm, expansive, and deeply tied to the rhythms of the land around it.
